STRATA Launches Mobile App

For the first time, STRATA customers can manage their services by just a tap on their touch screen with the launch of MySTRATA, a free mobile app designed for customers. Available for free in both the App Store and Google Play Store, MySTRATA allows customers to view their account summary, pay their bill and access additional features, all on a mobile device.

With MySTRATA, customers will be able to:

  • View detailed statements and pay bill
  • View history of recent payments
  • Edit AutoPay settings
  • Monitor usage
  • Promptly contact Customer Service

New Website Features:

  • Live Chat Feature for customer convenience
  • Access to Google Maps for easy directions to stores and community WiFi locations
  • Updated Online Bill Pay portal
  • New, renovated design

Compatible devices include iPad, iPhone, and Android devices and is only available to customers using Android smartphones or Apple devices with an OS of 4.0 or higher.

Along with the launch of MySTRATA, the cooperative has also introduced an improved website for customer convenience. The new site includes the option to chat live with a STRATA representative or leave message, access to Google Maps for directions to store & community WiFi locations, updated Online Bill Pay portal, and features a new renovated design.
